Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of photos should I upload for best results?
Upload at least 10 close ups of your face and 10 photos of your upper body. Use different angles, facial expressions, clothing, colors and background. The more variety, the better!
What file formats of photos do you accept?
Right now we support JPG, PNG, HEIC. We don't support AVIF, WebP, or GIF!
How much will the avatars look like me?
A lot! AI models needs enough data to achieve high accuracy. For that reason, more variety in your photos yields better results and avatars that look like you. Make sure to follow the instructions on the upload page.
What will you do with my photos?
We do not use your photos for any other purposes other than to generate your avatars. All photos are deleted immediately from our system after training your model, and your model will be deleted after 15 days from training (We keep your model for 15 days in case you want to upgrade and/or generate more styles)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit or debit cards, MasterCard, VISA, e-Dinar, and other payment methods like Konnect, flouci, Google pay, Apple pay, and Stripe
Is payment secure when using this service?
Yes, we take payment security very seriously, we use API's from leading payment processing companies so that your credit card information is never stored on our servers and is always encrypted during transmission.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we can refund purchases made within the first 14 days, provided you haven’t used the bought token, and trained the AI yet. After 14 days or once a token is used, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details.
Can I try first?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free trials because the process requires a significant amount of computing power and can take up to two hours to complete. This extensive use of GPU resources makes it difficult to provide free trials without incurring significant costs.
